Terms of Service

Last updated: January 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the NuvexaPharmRx website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

NuvexaPharmRx is a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy that prepares customized medications based on individual patient prescriptions from licensed healthcare providers. All compounded medications require a valid prescription and are subject to applicable state and federal regulations.

3. Prescription Requirements

All compounded medications dispensed by NuvexaPharmRx require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider authorized to prescribe in their jurisdiction. We reserve the right to verify all prescriptions and prescriber credentials before compounding and dispensing any medication.

4. Prescriber Accounts

Healthcare providers may apply for prescriber accounts. Account approval is subject to credential verification. Prescribers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and ensuring all prescriptions comply with applicable laws and regulations. Net-30 payment terms, when approved, are subject to our credit policies.

5. Product Information

Information on our website about compounded medications is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products. The safety, efficacy, and quality of compounded preparations depend on the compounding pharmacy's practices and compliance with applicable standards.

6. Quality Standards

NuvexaPharmRx compounds all medications in compliance with USP General Chapters 795, 797, and 800 as applicable. We employ dual-layer quality testing on every batch. Certificates of Analysis are available for all compounds. While we maintain rigorous quality standards, compounded preparations are inherently different from commercially manufactured products.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship medications via priority courier services with temperature-controlled packaging when required. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. NuvexaPharmRx is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping availability varies by state based on our pharmacy licensing.

8. Payment & Refunds

Payment is due at the time of order unless Net-30 terms have been approved. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and HSA/FSA payments. Due to the custom nature of compounded medications, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Quality-related issues are addressed through our quality guarantee program.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the NuvexaPharmRx website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of NuvexaPharmRx and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

NuvexaPharmRx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
